Arnie’s “Other” Woman
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been caught after all these years. Mildred Patricia Baena, who goes by “Patty,” was the Schwarzenegger family housekeeper for more than 20 years. But recently, Maria Shriver, Arnold’s wife, discovered that her youngest son and “Patty’s” child were born less than a week apart.
Mildred Baena had listed the Father of her child, at the time, as her husband. Maria and Arnold had been married for 25 years, and had a great relationship and four children. Maria is heartbroken, to say the least, and is filing for divorce.
Arnold states “There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry.”
But a child out of wedlock was apparently too much to save the 25 year marriage. Prayers go out to the family and to Maria. Shame on you Arnold.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), was arrested for attempted rape, sexual assault, and forcible confinement while trying to leave the United States. The allegations were made by a maid who stated that Strauss-Kahn’s actions occurred after she arrived to clean the hotel room in which he was staying at the Sofitel New York Hotel.
He was removed from an Air France flight later that day and arrested. Strauss-Kahn has not yet entered a plea, but he is expected to appear in court on May 20, 2011. Anne Sinclair, the third wife of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, has issued a statement of confidence in her husband’s innocence on all charges.
Strauss-Kahn is a Frenchborn member of France’s Socialist Party. He has held various positions of financial ministry, including Finance and Economy Minister of France. He has been the Managing Director of the IMF since 2007. Strauss-Kahn has four daughters and shares homes in Washington, D.C., France, and Morocco with his wife.
Nafissatou Diallo is the name of the accuser in the high-profile rape case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund. Since Diallo has successfully hidden her aside from her name all information should be taken about rumors, but there is a consensus that she is a young immigrant who worked as a hotel maid. Most reports say that she is African, specifically Guinean.
According to some newspapers Nafissatou has a green card and has been in the United States for over 10 years. She has been described as a devout Muslim and a serious, hard working person. Diallo is currently reported to still be in New York City under the protection of the NYPD.
This case is extremely high profile because it has the possibility to topple the head of the IMF, a major force in global commerce.

There is a Christian preacher from California that is going around saying that the world is going to end on May 21, 2011. The preacher, who name is Harold Camping, has attracted many followers including Christians. Him and his group called The Family Radio have been putting billboards in many major cities trying to warn people about the end. This group has attracted many followers including Christians, but most people dismiss this prediction as utter nonsense.
This is not the first time that a religious leader has tried to predict the end of the world. Joseph Smith, who is known as being one of the founders of the Mormon religion predicted that the world will end in 1843. Evangelist Pat Robertson was convinced that the world was going to end in 1982. One of the most recent scares happened in 2000, when many people thought that the world would end. The bottom line is that people have been trying to predict when the world would end for many decades now.
